Job Description

Job duties include planning and inspection of subsurface investigations, analysis and design; design and installation of instrumentation and performance monitoring; preparation of reports, construction drawings,project specifications and quantity/cost estimates.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus, or Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited college is required.

The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of engineering technical principles and have excellent verbal and written communications skills. The candidate must possess a professional can-do attitude, must be hard-working, organized, and capable of working independently and as a member of a team in a group setting. Experience using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, MathCAD, and experience using specialty analysis software is required.
